If it serves, I can act as local representative. Besides, I’ve been ‘at the rudder’ of my former ham-radio association for almost ten years, so I know the ropes.<br>

And no, you don’t need a president or an accountant. That’s what most people do, mostly because they believe it is compulsory, but it isn’t. You can setup a collegial leadership. The only requirement is to have someone accountable if the association goes astray (civil responsibility). But that someone can be someones :) I mean, in case of a collegial leadership, every member of the ‘head council’ would be equally accountable.<br>
