 Yes, your MacPorts "registry" became corrupted/inconsistent. The files it
 is using live in /opt/local/var/macports/receipts, but there is
 unfortunately no simple way of repairing it...

 The "easy" (not "quick") way of repairing is saving the files you care
 about (like your configuration and distfiles) and start over from a clean
 installation (move /opt/local aside)
