Looks like there currently are no ports available in MacPorts for ffmpeg-
php and mencoder.
You have a couple of options:
* File a ticket requesting that these ports be added to MacPorts then
wait and see if someone is interested in doing this.
* Create new Portfiles yourself and then submit them via a ticket for
inclusion by a committer.
The second option is probably more likely to get results and is a good way
to get involved with MacPorts and learn
about how Portfiles work, etc.
See the guide [http://guide.macports.org] for details of creating a
Portfile. You might want to start with
one of the existing PHP extension Portfiles and modify it as needed.

to find existing ports having to do with PHP
The ffmpeg-php home page is here [http://ffmpeg-php.sourceforge.net/],
current version is 0.6.0
For help with questions you may run into writing a Portfile, the macports-
devel list is your best bet.
