 As per [http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=469786
 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=469786] Debian ticket and
 patch, I would like to re-patch jasper to handle four component images.

 This is required for libicns as per ticket #21026 (see the comment by
 Mathew Eis, the upstream author of libicns who has followed this
 extensively).
