The bkchem port does not install a program named "bkchem" (or any other
program, for that matter). "port contents bkchem" shows you what it does
install
I'm not familiar with the bkchem software, so if you're unsure how to use
it, you should read the documentation, and if that doesn't help, contact
the developers of bkchem.
I was able to get something by running "python25 /opt/local/lib/python2.5
/site-packages/bkchem/bkchem.py". Does that look like what you want? If
so, perhaps we should be installing a wrapper script at
/opt/local/bin/bkchem that does that.
