Trying to build imagemagick +graphviz+jbig+jpeg2+q16+pango (because an
upgrade of a depending library tried to rebuild a default imagemagick,
which failed, so that old imagemagick +graphviz+jbig+jpeg2+q16±pango got
deleted) fails here:
