 Doxygen’s license conflicts with GNU dbm’s, preventing us from
 distributing binaries of `doxygen`. This should be fixed through `gdbm`’s
 dependent, `perl5`:

 This should be fine, since the build only uses Perl for some scripts and

 dev/2013-March/022365.html not for linking].
