 The new log is still incomplete. As per the link I provided:

     Before filing a ticket, `sudo port clean` the port that failed, then
 try again.

 Running `port clean installed` doesn’t cover the `pan2` port because
 `pan2` is not installed. Please run `sudo port clean pan2` and try the
 install again.
