#54632: ffmpeg, ffmpeg-devel: remove ASCII art from notes

 Please remove the `*******` ASCII art from the notes. You shouldn't
 attempt to make your port's notes appear more prominently than any other
 port's notes.

 You should allow MacPorts to wrap the lines of the notes' paragraphs to
 the user's terminal's width. To do this, don't put hard newlines in the
 text; use `\` at the end of a line where you still want to break the line
 in the source code for readability, e.g.:

 {{{
 To include all nonfree, GPLed and LGPL code use variant +nonfree.\
 To remove nonfree and GPLed code leaving only LGPL code remove the\
 +gpl2 variant.
 }}}
