#55302: libgcc fails to build on SnowLeopard: error: 'getsectiondata' was not

Comment (by kencu):
installing `libmacho` indeed allows `libgcc` to build through with
`libsantizer` still active -- but without linking in `-lmacho` somehow I
would imagin that will probably fail when anyone tries to use it, as the
symbol is not in `libSystem`. Who cares about `libsanitizer` on snow
leopard anyway? Perhaps the best thing is to just disable it.
I am not really clear why this error is showing up now and not before,
though. Maybe some previous version of dependencies called in `libmacho`?
