 ssh-copy-id uses the same distfile as openssh. This situation is the
 reason why the subport feature was invented. Making ssh-copy-id a subport
 of the openssh port would ensure that the two are always updated to the
 latest version at the same time.

 Probably should first update openssh to the same version as ssh-copy-id;
 that's #53108.
