Comment:

 The release-2.5 branch will not be retained. It should be merged into
 master once MacPorts 2.5.0 has been released and then deleted.

 I merged master into release-2.5 in
 [748003836f40b3ae5e657ba8bae1f9e2fa53f540/macports-guide], which also
 keeps the changes between the branches to the minimum.

 (The branch was
 [changeset:b4933e473561d183aedcb32f6db6ab28864a17c3/trac.macports.org not
 yet known to Trac], therefore no report from CommitTicketUpdater.)
