New description:

 I have installed py37-numpy [@1.18.2_0+gcc9+openblas (active)], but I get
 the following error when trying to import it:

 Original error was:
 {{{
 dlopen(/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.7/lib/python3.7
 /site-packages/numpy/core/_multiarray_umath.cpython-37m-darwin.so, 2):
 Library not loaded: @rpath/libmkl_rt.dylib
   Referenced from:
 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.7/lib/python3.7
 /site-packages/numpy/core/_multiarray_umath.cpython-37m-darwin.so
   Reason: image not found
 }}}
 It looks like one of the prebuilt ports is linking against MKL, which is
 not installed in my system.
