 The portfile says:

 PortGroup           legacysupport 1.0
 legacysupport.newest_darwin_requires_legacy 10
 }}}

 So why is the legacysupport portgroup adding `-lMacportsLegacySupport` on
 Darwin 15? Seems like a defect in the portgroup.
