#60332: certsync does not read user-trusted certificates

Any certificates in the System keychain marked as "trusted for this
account" in Keychain Manager do not get synced. This would not be such an
inconvenience if it were possible to mark a cert as "trusted for all
users" but this does not appear to be possible. Not sure if this is due to
a change in newer versions of macOS?

Running `certsync -u` does import the CAs as expected, but this is not the
default behaviour of the port. I suggest that it should be.
