 After installing MacPorts 2.6.2 on Mac OS 10.4 (x86), I noticed none of
 the packages would build. What I found out is there is a dependence on a
 command called xcode-select. This command is not available on Mac OS 10.4.
 Even taking Mac OS 10.6's version of this command and trying to use in Mac
 OS 10.4 does not make MacPorts 2.6.2 work.

 The solution to this problem is to use MacPorts 2.1.3 from here:
 https://distfiles.macports.org/MacPorts/MacPorts-2.1.3-10.4-Tiger.dmg
