 The scite in MacPorts is version 3.2.2, released in 2012.  This request is
 to update scite to a current 4.x release, including embedded lua
 functionality.  Notable will be that scite 3.x depended on C++11, while
 scite 4.x requires C++17.  Perhaps this even warrants a separate scite4
 port instead.
