 There is an upcoming important bug fix in GDAL 3.1.2.  Release is slated
 for next Tuesday July 7.  Please update when 3.1.2 becomes available.

 I am posting this early in case people run into 3.1.1 problems in
 Macports, and are looking for information.  Affects GMT, GeoTIFF support,
 maybe others.
