 Upstream has relaxed the blis requirement to `blis>=0.4.0,<0.8.0`
 [https://github.com/explosion/spaCy/commit/f4f49f5877d4a0cca4ef9e03ea1c39aa742ba797
 here] (on the develop branch where they're working on spaCy 3). This
 commit only changes that requirement so it may be safe to make on its own.

 Upstream has updated the catalogue requirement to
 `catalogue>=2.0.1,<2.1.0`
 [https://github.com/explosion/spaCy/commit/ff4175e839b279aad82c959ce0ad42c32e4b5120
 here] (on the develop branch). This commit comes with a few more changes
 but they might be unrelated.

 Upstream has updated the srsly requirement to `srsly>=2.0.0,<3.0.0`
 [https://github.com/explosion/spaCy/commit/569cc9898200772cc894b1663eb03e9fd017c1c9
 here] (on the develop branch) but this also comes with a bump of the thinc
 requirement to `thinc==8.0.0a0` and comes with a zillion other changes.
