 It looks like the {{{+libsigsegv}}} variant does not work as expected (all
 platforms). Grep now uses the {{{--with-libsigsegv}}} configure option
 instead of auto-detection. Will open a PR to reflect this (and crossing
 fingers it fixes the Tiger issue).
