 I found the Portfile at
 `/opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/macports/release/tarballs/ports/devel/libsdl2_gfx/Portfile`
 and edited line 30 to put the `< 2` outside of the square brackets, and
 now it works.

 Where do I go to learn how to submit a patch?
