 UPD. It does build with `./configure --prefix=/opt/x86_64 --build=x86_64
 -apple-darwin10 --with-applications-dir=/opt/x86_64/Applications
 --without-startupitems CC=gcc-4.2 CXX=g++-4.2`, but forces `arch i386`,
 unasked for.
