 Build failed while reinstalling all ports after upgrading to Ventura

 Trying to reinstall kdepim4 results in failing to install the dependency
 mariadb @5.5.68_0

 According to https://trac.macports.org/ticket/63471#comment:10 the problem
 with mariadb is fixed in newer versions upstream, which are maintained as
 separate ports (e.g. `mariadb-10.0`, `mariadb-10.10`)

 kdepim4 (and probably others) should be updated to depend on more recent
 mariadb ports
