 pdftk is obsolete and no longer maintained, and replaced by pdftk-java on
 newer systems. see

 Looking at that portfile, the obsolete pdftk indeed does still need gcc5
 (or older) and does not offer variants for anything newer.

 Unless you can find someone interested in updating that port to support a
 newer gcc, which might work, but also might not, your best course of
 action is to migrate to use `pdftk-java` instead which is the currently
 supported implementation.
