When compiled with https://github.com/apache/arrow, the {{{py*-pyarrow}}}
packages create a segfault on import at a {{{jemalloc}}} call. Both
{{{arm64}}} and {{{x86_64}}} architectures are affected.
The issue disappears using the {{{cmake}}} directive
{{{-DARROW_JEMALLOC:BOOL=OFF}}}.
