 On an existing machine, upgrading to neovim 0.9.4 worked without a hitch.
 On my brand new machine, I'm hosed like everyone else. The only obvious
 difference I see is a couple of older, deactivated luajit ports installed,
 otherwise the lua packages/environment look identical as far as I can
 tell.
