Comment (by johankytt):

 The one big update became too difficult to handle and there was no
 progress. I am upgrading dependencies one by one. You are most welcome to
 upgrade all the remaining ports. However, I did find out already that
 upgrading jupyter will break plotly, that depends on jupyter, so that
 might have to be dealt with before. I will close this ticket as it is of
 no use any more.
