Comment:

 Looking at the port contents, it does install
 `/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.12/lib/pkgconfig/pygobject-3.0.pc`.
 Using
 `PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.12/lib/pkgconfig`
 should work.
