 Port cctools 949.0.1_3 build fails. I have tried multiple cctools
 variants: +llvm16, +llvm15, +llvm14. All variants fail at the build stage
 with similar compiler error. The computer is running MacOS 14.2.1. The
 first error in the log file appears to be the following

 `:info:build print_objc.c:639:21: error: call to undeclared function
 'CLS_GETINFO'; ISO C99 and later do not support implicit function
 declarations`

 I have attached the full build log file.
