 I fixed this ppc issue in our libffi port a few years ago:

 It looks like reduce is using a bundled libffi, so doesn’t have that fix.

 BTW, I updated and installed reduce on arm64 yesterday… it builds but
 crashed on launch, so needs some testing and may need some sortingbout.
