 Since this is not just a local DNS server (reported in several places, for
 instance Germany and Chile at least) the automatic lists from amcports
 should be updated and ema.uk.*.macports.org should be removed from both
 mirror and sites for binary and dist files.This is easier than any of us
 contacting our DNS servers for them to update their system, maybe?
