Please explain what to do. It has to do with these tickets:

People were able to install aom by disabling their ssl proxy, but I don't
know how to do it, I tried intuitively and got that error.

Comment:
The `port load` and `port unload` commands are used to start and stop
daemons of ports that install them. libproxy does not install any daemons
so `load` and `unload` are not applicable to that port.
