 If the problem causing this port to fail to fetch from codeberg is
 resolved first, it will probably fetch successfully on CI. If it isn't, it
 probably won't. Either way it won't be because of ema.uk. It's the last
 mirror tried precisely because it isn't responding to pings, and if a
 download is attempted from it, it's because every other possibility has
 already been tried and failed.
