Comment:

 The "My Notifications" button is provided by the trac wiki notifications
 plugin. I'm not aware of a plugin that provides similar functionality for
 tickets, nor do I think this functionality is present in trac itself.

 I'm switching the ticket type to "enhancement" to show that this is a
 feature request.
