 hmm.  Instead of running `go get -u golang.org/x/sys` which requires `go`
 installed, apparently, one can also manually git clone the repository
 located at https://cs.opensource.google/go/x/sys to
 `$GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys`

 How would I do that in the Portfile?
