 Similar to a number of other projects, the Meson build for this port
 doesn't use correct dylib versioning, vis-a-vis the autotools-based build.
 Fixing is relatively simple though, and mirrors the patches needed for
 other ports.

 Since I've dealt with this recently, I'll take care of fixing this one as
 well.
