 sudo port upgrade openssl openssl3 configure.compiler=macports-clang-11
 }}}

 If so, I am not sure that does anything to rebuild openssl3.

 If you did something else, please excuse me. Or well, actually -- what
 exactly did you do? What did you see when you did it?
