 clang-11-bootstrap sadly seems to be unable to build openssl3 at present,
 even after the potential fixes in the clang-11-bootstrap PR.

 some i386 atomic symbols are missing, for some reason, although many are
 there. At present I don’t fully understand why the symbols are missing.

 so we remain out of luck for now.
