 > I believe this is coming from the FindIconv.cmake file installed as part
 of the cmake port.

 I am able to reproduce the error if I delete the FindIconv.cmake file
 included with libgit2, thus forcing it to use the one that comes with
 cmake. I'll file an issue with the developers of libgit2.
