 The redwax tool [https://redwax.eu/rt/] is a universal PKI certificate
 conversion tool.

 It reads certificates and keys from sources like PEM, P12 or PKCS11
 smartcards, filters the results, then writes the results to various
 targets like PEM, P12, NSS, PKCS11, metadata.
