 Also, the repo's README says that it can be installed with `go install
 github.com/mrtazz/checkmake/cmd/checkmake at latest`, but when I try that, I
 get this result:

 go: github.com/mrtazz/checkmake/cmd/checkmake at latest: GOPROXY list is not
 the empty string, but contains no entries
 }}}
 I don't actually have `GOPROXY` set, though:

 $ env | grep GO
 GOROOT=/opt/local/lib/go-1.4
 GOPATH=/opt/local/lib/go-1.4:/opt/sw/lib/go
 }}}
