 The notes to {{{inetutils}}} tell the user that they may symlink the
 binaries under {{{libexec/gnubin}}} to {{{${prefix}/bin}}} or add
 {{{${prefix}/libexec/gnubin}}} to their path. This is the only way
 {{{/opt/local/bin/whois}}} would show up.
