 Shouldn't the default be `releases` instead of `tarball` (the current
 default) or `archive`? The comment I got on [https://github.com/macports
 /macports-ports/pull/21117 #21117] was:

   please add "github.tarball_from" and set it to "releases" (preferred, if
 upstream supports this) or to "archive". In either case you will need to
 update the "checksums". [https://github.com/macports/macports-
