 The system is a PowerMac G4 running Mac OS X 10.5.8. This issue seems to
 be related to the `sip` module but I have no experience with that so I'm
 not sure what exactly is going on here. It seems that `sipconfig` should
 be installed when `py310-sip4` (a dependency of `py310-pyqt4`) is
 installed.
