 No file `config.log` is created. I think it would be created when the
 `make command` would find the `target ‘all’`… So presumingly Tiger's `make
 3.80` is a bit too old (gmake is 4.4.1). I tried to `port -vd upgrade
 p5.34-xml-parser MAKE=gmake` but this failed…
