 The whole `patch file patch-libffi-intel-leopard-sysv.diff` can be omitted
 now, `libffi-3.4.6` builds, but complains a few times:

 `port -vs test libffi` seems to have problems on PPC Tiger, Mac OS X
 10.4.11:
