 fetch pre-built binaries, which cannot exist.

 I don't think this port should need to do anything specifically to prevent
 fetching of archives. Instead, the port should indicate the architectures
 (using `supported_archs`) and [comment:ticket:15712:46 OS versions] (using
 `platforms`) on which it works and let MacPorts base handle the rest.
