 Duplicate of #56803. pdf2htmlex was discontinued by its developer years
 ago and is obsolete. It relies on old versions of fontforge and poppler
 which are no longer in MacPorts. It would need to use years-old versions
 of fontforge and poppler which may be vulnerable to certain security
 issues. Please find some other software to accomplish your goal.
