 One way to successfully install a port would be to just `build` (and
 `test`) it. This will give the opportunity to remove some part of the
 `confdir-14B---` directory tree manually and then invoke `port upgrade`.
 `port build` will use the up-to-date `Portfile` and source, in the
 `upgrade` phase `port` will have knowledge that it already built before
 and now can install the up-to-date package.
