 checking Xcode version... xcode-select: error: tool 'xcodebuild' requires
 Xcode, but active developer directory
 '/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools' is a command line tools instance
 not found (too old?)
 }}}

 Incorrect application of command `xcode-select -s
 /PATH/TO/XCODE/Contents/Developer` as a potential cause.  See also #69566
 with identical failure but w/o the xcode-select error.
